The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, i felt so welcome. the location allowed me to easily explore the local shops. It was a convenient walk. the hotel bar provided a cozy spot for evening relaxation, the drinks were good.
the room lacked tea or coffee facilities, it felt a bit incomplete. there was no fridge for keeping drinks cold, a minor inconvenience. the bathroom door did not stay open, a shoe was needed to prop it open.

The location was central. I could reach everything I wanted to see by foot. The lake was also very close. The breakfast was plentiful and quite delicious. The room was very good for a short trip. Super tidy.
Paying MORE than 200 frs a night and not having an electric kettle is not good. There was no bottle of water. This makes it mediocre. It is a little less than that.

the room was very basic i expected more for the price paid. there was no fridge no water bottles nothing extra at all. the one chair in the room wasn't enough for two people there should have been more thought put into the room's functionality i think.

I found several aspects deficient. The air circulation did not adequately cool the room, so a table fan was necessary. There was no phone available, requiring a trip to the lobby for every request. I find this inconvenient.

The location was really convenient. it was not too far from the train station and a short walk to the tram stop. there were also bars, restaurants, and the fifa museum within walking distance. the room was also a good size. It was comfortable for up to two people.
